High Quality Manufacturing Process

At AMT, we are strictly following the SOPs defined for each Manufacturing Step to ensure Quality outcome at the process end.

The process starts from Raw material management, our store team continuously keep the monitoring of all the inventories which ensures regular uninterrupted supply to shop floor, the raw materials used at our works are of At Par qualities and some of them to mention are Tata Steel, Hindalco Busbar, L & t, ABB, Schneider Switchgears.

CNC Laser Cutting Machines

We have set of 2 High Speed CNC Fiber Laser cutting machines which have accuracy in microns and have high production capabilities, we use them for punching/cutting of sheets.

CNC PRESS BRAKE MACHINE (BENDING)

CNC bending machine for accurate bends and ensuring high quality aesthetics of finished goods.

Testing Process

In Panel manufacturing, Testing is the most important process and we at AM Technokrat conduct rigorous tests on switchboards before dispatch such as, Conductivity Testing, High Voltage Testing, Insulation Resistance, Secondary current injection, DFT tests, Scratch Tests, operational tests, torque tests etc to ensure failure proof working at customer's location.
